Nebraska Teaparty Videos

Show #10 of the GML-TV series is a montage of footage from several past Teaparty events in Nebraska, and some promotion for the Flag Day Teaparty held last month in Seward, Nebraska. The last part of the first segment and the beginning of the second include part of a speech by Glenn Freeman:

Glenn currently serves as President of the Omaha Chapter Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, a patriotic civic organization that sponsors annual trips to Valley Forge, Pennsylvania for high school juniors to attend a seminar on patriotism and the founding patriots.

In January 1989, the Governor of Nebraska appointed Glenn Commissioner with the State Equal Opportunity Commission. He also served on the Human Relations, and Civil Rights HearingBoards for the City of Omaha.

In January 2000 the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights appointed Glenn to a two year term on the Nebraska Civil Rights Advisory Committee. He was reappointed in 2002 and 2004. He is the author of a published essay on racism in America entitled “Good Racism – Bad Racism”. During1997-98, Glenn served on the Omaha Public School Desegregation Task Force on busing.

The third segment includes live music by Lloyd Marcus. Lloyd is the composer of The American Tea Party Anthem.
